We are excited that Interior Design magazine has selected Emigration House as an Honoree in their annual Best of Year Awards! Thrilled to be included in such an impressive list of architects and designers.
This year, the Best of Year Awards celebrated its 11th Anniversary and had 2,016 entries, from 38 different countries. The December 1st awards ceremony was hosted in Frank Gehry's IAC Building in NYC, where winners were announced live by hosts Cindy Allen, Editor in Chief, and Carol Cisco, Publisher of Interior Design.
We're very excited that Emigration House has officially received all zoning and land use approvals and we are ready for our building department review!

We are excited to receive Planning Commission approval for the Emigration House. This tricky site required required a very careful analysis in order to find a way for the design to respect zoning objectives and the neighbors (check out the site diagrams). We can't wait to break ground!
Emigration House and Timber Cloud selected for AIA Emerging Professionals Exhibition in Washington DC /
We're pleased to learn that two of our projects have been selected from a nationwide pool of submissions to be exhibited at the Washington DC headquarters of the American Institute of Architects. We were 1 of only 4 architects to have more than one project included. It's especially nice that Emigration House is the first image of the 4 the chose for the exhibition announcement!
