Real-estate shopping with Venafi in Salt Lake City. The land for the new building was pulled off the market when we were in design development, turning this new HQ into an interiors project (due to their fixed move-out deadline). This space, formerly occupied by Goldman Sachs, is unrelentingly beige and may not seem to have much going for it, but the fact that the entire Salt Lake office can fit on one giant 37,000 square foot floor is a plus, as is the full-height glazing. The location is ideal, directly across the street from the Richardsonian Romanesque City Hall and the new(ish) Moshe Safdie Main Library. The train stops right in front. We can work with this.
